East Central WI Regional Planning Commission (ECWRPC) is issuing this “Request for Proposals” (RFP) to secure a consultant that will be tasked with providing the Oshkosh MPO with an Electric Vehicle (EV) Readiness Plan. The goal of this project is to make the Oshkosh MPO Plug-In Electric Vehicle (PEV) ready by developing a plan that provides a vision for EV readiness, identifies key partnerships and actionable strategies needed to achieve the vision, and facilitates community support for electric vehicles.

The Consultant selected to complete this project will coordinate, work with, and work under the direction of ECWRPC staff for the completion of work described within this RFP.  The deadline for completion, including final presentations to commissions and boards, of this project will be Thursday, October 31, 2024.
