1. How are the MAP-21 performance management requirements incorporated in the transportation plan update?

• Performance measures were developed in the Congestion Management Process as well as the Appleton TMA and Oshkosh MPO Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. Those performance measures along with a few others were incorporated into the Long Range Plan update and will be updated on an annual basis.
