East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a feasibility study and create a master plan for a multimodal connection from the Fox Cities to High Cliff State Park.
The purpose of this project is to conduct a feasibility study and create a master plan for a multimodal connection from the Fox Cities to High Cliff State Park. Significant portions of this connection are already completed; however, there are gaps that still exist. The consultant will examine the gaps, along with barriers and opportunities to completing these gaps.
The Consultant selected to do this work will coordinate, work with and work under the direction of the Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator for the completion of the feasibility study and master plan. The deadline for the completion of this project is June 30, 2022 with presentations to applicable boards and commissions in June and July 2022.
